We at Bedford School have just upgraded to version 3. I have been running a 1 user copy for a year without problems, so we decided to let everyone have a go. The 3D part does not work, saying we need DirectX v9. We have this in place but still no joy.
The school operates a system with a few main servers where the software resides, then many terminals operating in a time-sharing mode. This means the typical user has no local processing power (it all happens at the server level). the server has a 3D graphics card, and directX v9
I am concerned that the 3D part will only work in a one-user-one-PC mode. Can anyone throw any light on this?
