We\'re using Autograph 3.01  here and have DirectX 9.1 installed on our workstations.  If I open Autograph and choose to create a new 3D graph the cube opens with no problems and I can drag it around with the mouse.

However if I enter an equation I get
"There has been a problem opening a 3D Graph page.  This could be due to your graphics card or driver not supporting directx 9.0.  Please refer to the documentation for help on updating your driver."

I have done the 3D Draw tests on the workstation and all passed successfully.

Graphics driver is Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset family.

I hope I\'m not being daft here, the equation I entered was x=0, I\'m not a mathematician, I\'m an IT technician.  Wink

I am having the exact same problem with our Dell GX745s.

I have tried the lastest driver from the Dell website and still no luck.

We have directx 9.0c.

That\'s interesting, it\'s on our 745s that we\'re getting the problem too.

Hello,

I have tried updating the inf files from the Intel website - no luck.

I have run dxdiag and can confirm that it is directx9.0c is listed.

Other tests
Autograph fonts -> yes these are installed
Dxdiag -> DirectDraw enabled and works
Dxdiag -> Direct3D enabled and works

We have 14 different models of Dell.  This is the only model with graphics problems so I am pretty sure it is the graphics card issue but what other options are there as we are running the lastest drivers?

We have just upgraded to 3.2.  The 3D is still not working.

This is amazing that it is still not fixed?  Is there anyone that can help as it is driving the teachers mad.....

What I have noticed is that I can enter shapes and they are in 3D on the page.  It seems to only crash when you enter equations!
