Help Files Not Installed

Hi,

We are currently running Autograph 3.01 and have noticed that the Help files are not installed when the software is installed. When Help -> Contents is clicked the Autograph program loses focus and nothing else happens, no Help is displayed. This is a direct install from  CD. It\'s as if the Help files aren\'t actually on the CD to begin with.

Can anyone help?

Autograph 3.01 is a very old version, however the Help is certainly present on the CD. I have just tested a single user installation of this and it works fine.

1) Is this a network installation? What network technology are you using to deploy the image to workstations?

2) Is the Folder FlashHelp Present in the installation folder? if so does it contain the file Autograph_Help.html.

3) Try disabling popup blocking. The Help File is HTML based and this can prevent it from displaying.
