Debug Error on v3.20

Hi,

We\'ve managed to successfully install Autograph 3.20 on an RM > network.
It seems to work ok for everybody except for our Maths Head of Department.
After selecting either Standard or Advanced modes, he gets the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error!
C:\\Program Files\\Autograph 3.20\\agraph.exe
Abnormal program termination
Click retry to debug the application
[abort] [retry] [ignore]

Clicking on any button will close Autograph. A very strange issue.

Hi,

If this is effectnig only 1 user then the most likely reason is that for some reason the user configuration files have been corrupted

To fix this you will need to go to the users appdata folder and delete the folder Autograph 3. If the user has access to windows explorer etc, then you can find this folder simply by logging in and typing %APPDATA% into the address bar. Otherwise you will need to locate the folder yourself in their profile.
