Can\'t open file

Hi,

I can\'t open an .agg file. I get the message:

Runtime Error!

Program C:\\Program Files\\Autograph 3\\agraph.exe

This program has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Please contact the application\'s support team for more information.

We are using Autograph version 3.10.

I greatly appreciate any help you can give.

Hi lundergan,

Can you please let me know what version you created the file in?  The latest version is 3.2.  Also are you on XP or Vista?

We\'re using Autograph version 3.10 on Windows XP.

Dan,

Please go to the appdata directory and delete the Autograph folder:

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Type %appdata% in the address bar
3. Select the Autograph folder
4. Delete
