Error when installing.

Hello,

I downloaded the 30 day trial and am having problems.

I double click on the .exe file downloaded and Windows Installer prepares to install. The problem I have then is after it says \'Preparing to Install\' a box pops up notifying me that:

\'Error applying transforms. Verify that specified transform paths are valid.\'

Any suggestions?

Hi James, in order to help I will need a little more information

can you tell me

* what operating system you are installing under? (2000/Xp/Vista)
* As the tranform files are relating to translation of the installer, what language your system is set to? I really need to know the precise one, so can you provide me with the language as specified in Control Panel->Regional Settings.

I have solved the problem now, I found the files in my Temp folder and then installed from there..

Nevertheless to help out for future problems people may have the requested are listed below:

OS: Windows XP Home Edition SP2
Language: English (United Kingdom)

Hi i got exactly the same probelm, my Operating system is the same as JamesThomas and so is the lanuage.

I tried to look in the Temp folder but i still can\'t fix the probelm
