Autograph 3.2 error then closes

We have Autograph 3.2 running on Win Xp.  You would occasionally get error message in the middle of working that says autograph must close.  It now is more frequent happening to users several times while using file.
Any ideas what is happening?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems.  There is no known issue that would lead to this.  Can you give me some more information on what you are doing when the problem occurs?
