Installation Error 1904

I tried to install Autogrph 3 to my new computer.OS is Vista.
Error 1904------------- HRESUTT 214722043 shows when installing.
I tried to ignore the error. But  Autograph cannot be opened. Error msg comes up
"A component required for Autograph cannot be found. Please re run the installer and select repair".
I did that and selected repair but nothing happening- same msg shows up. Help please.

These errors are usually caused by either the instal;lation of Flash or Shockwave. The easiest way to fix this in your installation is to open the run prompt and enter

MsiExec /i "D:\\Autograph 3.msi" FLASH_SHOCKWAVE=0

(where D is the letter of your CD-ROM drive)

however under Vista the run prompt is not available by default. Instead you need to first right click on your start orb and select properties. Then select the enabled Customize button, scroll down the resulting list box until you find Run Command. Tick this option and then click ok and ok again. The Run Command will now appear on your start menu.
