Plotting position vectors
Does anyone know how I can plot a position vector? Does Autograph deal with unit vectors i and j?

Re: Plotting position vectors
Dear GeraldCmin6,
There are a few ways of creating vectors in Autograph: With one point selected right-click and choose "Vector". You can then choose whether you want to define your vector in cartesian (i, j) coordinates or polar coordinates. The point you have selected becomes the base of this new vector. With two points selected, right-click and select "Create Vector". A vector will be drawn between the two points. Adding, subtracting, scaling, copying, etc and all as easy as thinking of what you need selected (e.g. two vectors and a point for adding) right-clicking and choosing the action you want to perform. Hope this helps. Simon |
