Error # 1316

Every time i try to install the trial version on my computer (vista), the following message appears.

Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from the file
C:\\users\\...(this user doesnt exist if that helps)\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\WZSE14.TMP\\Autograph 3.20 (30-day).msi

I tried scanning the computer with RegCure but it did not help at all. What could possibly be wrong? Thanks a lot!

Hi,

the self extracting zip file, occasionally throws up these problems with Vista. The easiest way to fix it, is to manually extract the files from the zip before attempting the installlation. If you have a zip program other than the built in Windows one, you can do this from the right click menu in most cases.

having extracted the files, you should then double click setup.exe in the resulting folder to begin the installation.
