Running Error

I am having trouble with the 30 day trial, a few days ago I installed Autograph and the English Lanugage pack on my system, however when I try to open the application (or a file) This message comes up (with the window heading: Dealer Information):

Ah, it looks like your forum cannot interpret the Chinese characters, still, have you encountered this problem before.

I would also like to point out that if I open a file, I can see the graph behind the messagem but I am unable to manipulate it

Hi Rib,

That is a new one for us. Sorry you are having these issues. I would suggest trying it on a new computer but we are about to release Version 3.3 for which there will be a new 30 day to download so can I suggest you wait for that? It should be available within two weeks.
