symmetry through (0,0)
am wondering how to get the image og a shape eg a Parallelogram through (0,0)...
also is it possible to import pics from clipart or the internet and then transform, translate and rotate them?...if so how?!! any help is much appreciated, shane |

Hi shane,
Do you mean you want to rotate a shape about the origin? If so then create a point at (0, 0) and create a shape. Select the shape and the point, right-click and select Rotation. You can insert images (right-click > insert image) but you cannot transform them as you can shapes. Hope this helps, Simon |

Dear shane,
I am not quite sure what you mean by symmetry through the origin. Here are a couple of things you can do in Autograph: 1. Select a shape, right-click > Reflection in x-axis 2. Select a shape and a line, right-click > Reflection (will reflect the shape in the selected line). Also try searching the help for reflection or rotation. Hope this helps, Simon |
