Autograph cleared my project!

I am doing a math project at school and our program seems to have a lot of bugs and crashes quite often. Anyway, I had 174 equations entered, then the program had an error and had to close, and then it would just show error every time I tried to open my file, and when it finally opened it was clear (even though it had all been saved frequently). Is there any way to restore this? The file is just blank now. What happened? I\'ve spent hours on this project.

Sorry to hear you have been having problems with your file. Unfortunately it sounds like the file has become corrupted in which case it may be irrecoverable. You can send the file to us at support AT autograph-maths.com and I can check whether it will open.

When recreating the file can I suggest that you save the file frequently and change the name so there are a few backups, e.g. foo01.agg, foo02.agg, ... Without knowing more about the specific equations you have be entering it will be difficult to know exactly what has caused the problem.
