Re: Autograph 3.3 XP install
Dear Andy,

If you choose "Standard Install" rather than "Custom Install" Autograph will install the licence file in a default location. When you open Autograph it should say "30 Day Trial" and allow you to enter details in the activation dialog, click Activate via Web to complete the process.

Best,

Simon

Re: Autograph 3.3 XP install
cheers for the reply,

i have the activation box coming up, it asks for name, institution, institution ID and email, i imagine institution ID is the serial number?

put all that in clicked "activate via web" and it comes up with "the entry could not be found in database"

Re: Autograph 3.3 XP install
Dear Andy,

It sound like you are using the teacher or student installer. In which case you need to use the Teacher ID or Student ID in the Institution ID box. If you get the message "Not found in database" please try a different email address, there is a slight fault in the activation system that we are working on which causes this.

Kind regards,

Simon
