Missing help files
I have found that when installing Autograph 3 on my laptop I get no help files but when I install it on my desktop I do! Both running XP Pro. I am puzzled by this, has anyone got any advice?

Help files that use Flash (very common now) are being messed around by various external agencies.  The Google Pop-up blocker is one, and the way the stop this is to launch the Autograph Help from Start => Programs => Autograph 3, and with Google you should have the opportunity to click a "xxx blocked" button to allow this site.

Alternatively you may have upgraded to Microsoft\'s Service Pack 2 for XP. This unfortunately also has a pop-up blocker (built-in), but it is less friendly than Google, and will never permit a local web site (which the Flash help is) that it thinks is a pop-up.

You can still always get the Help from the Start => Programs menu.

Hope this gets you going.  At least Autograph has the alternative route for Help through the Programs menu. Many programs don\'t and are experiencing greater difficulties.

Hopefully Service Pack 3 will come along one day and solve this ...
