Autograph 3.3.10 does not start after installation.

Hi ,

I have been trying to install Autograph 3.3.10 on Mac OSX 10.6.8. The installation is successfully finished but once the application is lunched, it shows 'Autograph is initializing' for a brieft moment and it is gone. Nothing shows up afterward. What I know is : once initializing is done, it should be proceeding to Activation screen.

I have cleared/deleted Autograph from following locations.

1)Application
2)Library/Preferences/com.autograph-maths.autograph.plist
3)Computer/Library/Application Support/Autograph
4)Home/Library/Application Support
5)Home/Caches/com.autograph-maths.autograph

I emptied the trash afterward and re-install the Autograph but i am having the same issue.

Please help me out !

I'm not quite sure what is happening here. I wonder if you could try the following to get some more detailed information?

- Ensure Autograph is not open
- Open Terminal from Applications -> Utilities
- Enter the following line into the Terminal window and hit Enter:

CX_LOG=~/Desktop/autograph.log CX_DEBUGMSG=+relay,+seh,+tid,+wrapper,+exec,+shell,+module,+file,+ntdll /Applications/Autograph.app/Contents/MacOS/Autograph

- Wait for Autograph to quit (you can tell as it will disappear from the top menu)
- A file named autograph.log should have been created on your Desktop. Email the file to our support@ email address. It will probably need to be zipped before sending, as it could be quite large.
