Newton-Raphson for trial version

When I select my graphed function and then right-click there is no option to use the Newton-Raphson iterations. However, I then went to the help page and it told me to do exactly what I did and showed me a picture saying the Newton-Raphson iterations option would come up. What has gone wrong? I am using the trial version.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting this to work.

I recently recorded a video explaining how to do Newton-Raphson in Autograph http://screencast.com/t/4n3h8eGgvB. If you are doing anything different to the steps I explain in the video please let me know.

If that does not work can you do the following:

1. Please reply with the exact steps that you have taken, starting from a new 2D Graph Page.
2. Please tell me which version of Autograph you are running. (Help > About)
3. Please tell me which operating system you are on (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS)
4. Please tell me which language you are running Autograph in.
