Hi, I just downloaded Mountain Lion 10.8 OS X and now Autograph (V3.3.11) won't work.

Please help soon, it's for an assignment!

Same problems here. Students are upgrading to Mountain Lion and have cannot use Autograph

Hi this is Dean Hester from the American International School of Bucharest and I also cannot run AutoGraph on my MacBook Air after I have updated to Mountain Lion Mac OS 10.8. Can you send me an email when an updated version of AutoGraph compatible with Mountain Lion comes out?

We are very sorry for time this is taking, our Mac team are working on a new version of Autograph for Mountain Lion and we hope to have this resolved within the next week. It is very difficult to be precise with programming jobs because you never know what issues might arise. We will make an announcement on our homepage when the new version has been released.

Simon, you say in your post from 11th Sept that you hoped to resolve the matter within the week. Based on the downloads page this hasn't happened. Could you provide an update on when the Mountain Lion version is planned to be ready - we have a wealth of students waiting to install the software!

Unfortunately that is correct. We believed the remaining issue would have been fairly quick to fix but it has been a lot more involved than we had anticipated. The Mac team are working on this remaining issue and we will announce the release of the new version on the home page as soon as it becomes available. If you email support AT autograph-maths.com I will also email you as soon as the new version is available.

Autograph 3.3.15 has been released today which is compatible with Mountain Lion.

Single Users should download from:
