Point style

Is it possible to change the point style  eg to an x or a dot. I find the square cumbersome.  I have reduced it in size to the minimum and have changed it\'s colour, but would also like to change it\'s shape.

The only aspect of the point style that you can alter at present is the colour.

However, we will certainly consider your suggestion for the next release.

I would like to second this request - I\'d also like just to plot points rather than squares. Sooner you can add this the better!

Any idea when the next release/update will be out so that we can look out for this change? I\'m really keen to be able to change the point size of the plotted point (make them smaller - even down to a few pixels)
