Incorrect Printing
I have drawn a box and whisker diagram in the newest version of Autograph, and previewed it in Print Preview and everything looks fine. However when I print it on my Konica Minolta MagiColor 2300dl Laser Printer, nothing is as it should. Everything is misaligned, labels do not match up with the boxes that they should be in, the label boxes do not match the individual box and whiskers, the title is in the wrong place etc etc. I have tried all the usual printing preferences and any options I can think of, even down to the obvious like printing on both landscape and portrait.
If anyone can help I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks Chris Bush, ICT Technician The Godolphin School |

Re: Incorrect Printing
Printers can be a law unto themselves when it comes to printing directly from software. There are so many different drivers to test.
Generally is it much better to paste your Autogrpah page (suitable reduced in size) into Word, where you can position it, frame it, label it, add text, etc and generally have a lot more control over the final appearance on the printed page. |
